The last ordinance included in the initial code is Ordinance No. 426, passed January 7, 1981. The following ordinances, passed subsequent to Ordinance No. 426, but prior to adoption of the code, are Ordinances Nos. 428, 432, 433, 439, 441, 442, and 443. (Ord. 445 § 4, 1981).
