The purpose of this chapter is to establish an efficient system to enforce the development and use regulations of the city to provide an opportunity for a prompt hearing and decision on alleged violations of the municipal code of the city of Algona and to establish monetary penalties for violations. This chapter shall apply to all chapters and sections of the Algona Municipal Code making specific reference to this chapter. (Ord. 1191-21 § 2 (Exh. A), 2021; Ord. 956-04 § 18; Ord. 835 § 1, 1997).
