Unless the context clearly requires otherwise, the definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter.

“City logo” means a vignette of the great blue heron as the central figure encircled with the words “City of the Great Blue Heron” above the vignette and the word “Algona” beneath the vignette, and shall be composed as appears in the illustration below:
