It shall be the joint duty of the Algona police chief and the Auburn fire chief and/or their authorized designee(s) to enforce this chapter as related to Section 10.56.040. It shall be the duty of the Auburn fire chief or his authorized designee(s) to enforce the other sections of this chapter. (Ord. 850 § 7, 1998).
