10.60.030 Violation – Penalty.

The offense of inattentive driving shall be considered to be a lesser offense than, but included in, the offense of operating a motor vehicle in a negligent manner. Any person convicted of inattentive driving shall be guilty of an infraction, and shall be subject to a penalty of one hundred twenty-five dollars. (Ord. 1035-10 § 1).
