Except as otherwise provided herein, all service providers engaged in the business of the transmitting, supplying, or furnishing of telecommunications service originating, terminating, or existing within the city shall register with the city pursuant to Chapter 5.06 AMC and pay all applicable fees as provided therein or as may be set by resolution.
