Except as provided in Chapter 22.38 AMC, all grantees are required to obtain an excavation permit and pay all associated fees before commencing any work in the right-of-way pursuant to Chapter 12.08 AMC. (Ord. 1188-21 § 2 (Exh. A), 2021).
