A. Whenever water service has been discontinued by the water department, the service will not be renewed until all charges have been paid.

B. The charge to reconnect water service shall be in the amount set forth in Chapter 2.50 of this code.

C. Unauthorized Turn-On. If the owner or occupant of the premises turns on the water after it has been shut off or locked at the meter for delinquency by the city, the meter shall be removed and there shall be a charge in the amount set forth in Chapter 2.50 of this code. Any damages to the meter shall be billed at actual cost.

D. Unauthorized Water Hook-Up. If the owner or occupant of the premises connects to the city water lines after the meter has been removed for any reason by the city, the city shall remove such device and there shall be a charge in the amount set forth in Chapter 2.50 of this code.

E. There shall be no charge for turn-off of customer’s water service. (Ord. 947-04 § 2).
