13.14.020 Permits.

A. There shall be three classes of building sewer permits:
1. Residential service;
2. Commercial service; and
3. Service to establishments producing industrial wastes.
B. In each case, the owner or his agent shall make application on a special form furnished by the city. The permit application shall be supplemented by any plans, specifications or other information considered pertinent in the judgment of the utility superintendent, including, in case of a new building, a plan or diagram of plumbing and drainage facilities.
