A. Any person who continues any violation beyond the time limit provided for in Section 13.10.100 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not exceeding five hundred dollars for each violation.

B. Each day in which any such violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 947-04 § 2).
