13.41.010 Definitions.
This section is included in your selections.
A. “Senior citizen” means a person who:
1. Resides within the city of Algona;
2. Is sixty-five years of age or older;
3. Receives utility services from the city of Algona;
4. Is the head of the household receiving utility services.
B. “Permanently disabled citizen” means a person who:
1. Resides within the city of Algona;
2. Is the head of the household receiving utility services;
3. Has filed an affidavit for claim of disability. (Ord. 947-04 § 2).
