13.42.040 Specification determination by authorized inspector.

Subject to the requirements set forth in Sections 13.42.030 the size of tile or pipe, and fill, and base and foundation, kind and amount, shall be determined by the duly authorized inspector. (Ord. 947-04 § 2).
