13.47.060 Property exempt from service charges.

The following special categories of property are exempt form service charges and system development charges:
A. City street rights-of-way;
B. Parcels owned by the city;
C. County highway rights-of-way;
D. Washington State rights-of-way. (Ord. 947-04 § 2).
