15.24.010 Purpose.

This chapter is intended to:
A. Assist in the implementation of the comprehensive plan for the city of Algona.
B. Ensure that those public facilities and services necessary to support development shall be adequate to serve the development.
C. Establish standards and procedures so that new development pays a proportionate share of costs for new facilities and services. (Ord. 956-04 § 1).
