A. An appeal of the initial decision of the city with regard to the imposition of an impact fee or the amount of any impact fees, impact fee credit, or impact fee refund may be taken before the hearing examiner pursuant to Chapter 1.26. The right to such an administrative appeal is triggered by the city’s issuance or denial of a building permit.

B. Any applicant may pay the impact fees imposed by this chapter under protest in order to obtain a building permit. (Ord. 956-04 § 13).
