The mayor or designee shall make a determination as to whether the proposed activity and mitigation, if any, is consistent with the provisions of this chapter. The mayor’s determination shall be based on the criteria of Review criteria (Section 16.18A.290). (Ord. 1104-15 § 1 (Att. A)).
