All approved boundary line adjustments must be recorded within six months of the final decision date. To record the boundary line adjustment, the applicant shall comply with the conditions of approval outlined in the report and decision authored by the city planner. The applicant will then submit the final boundary line adjustment in Mylar format to the city of Algona with associated fees. Once the submitted Mylar has been approved and signed by the King County Assessor-Treasurer, the custody of the Mylar shall be given to the city planner for necessary signatures. Once completed, the city planner will retain custody of the final Mylar and take it to the King County Auditor’s office for final recording. (Ord. 1080-13 § 1; Ord. 1016-08 § 2).
