The city planner shall make a written determination that the application is complete in accordance with the time periods and procedures set forth in AMC 14.04.140. The date of such determination shall be the date that the completed application was filed. Upon such determination, the city planner shall cause a notice of application to be issued in accordance with AMC 14.04.110. (Ord. 1190-21 § 2 (Exh. A), 2021; Ord. 1016-08 § 2).
