The purpose of this chapter is to provide minimum design principles, standards, and specifications regarding the subdivision, short subdivision or resubdivision of property in accordance with the scope and purpose statements contained in Sections 19.04.020 and 19.04.040. (Ord. 1016-08 § 2).
