19.24.020 General requirements.
The following requirements apply to all activities regulated by this title unless specifically stated as exempt:
A. Standards and Specifications. In addition to compliance with the provisions of this title, all short plats and subdivisions shall comply with the following requirements:
1. The comprehensive plan;
2. Title 22, Zoning;
3. Title 16, Environmental Protection;
4. Other applicable provisions of the Algona Municipal Code, including Title 12, Streets, Sidewalks and Public Places; Title 13, Public Services; and Title 15, Buildings and Construction;
5. City development guidelines and public works standards; and
6. Any other applicable federal, state or local regulations.
7. In the event of a conflict between any requirement of this Chapter 19.24 and any requirement under the city development guidelines and public works standards, Titles 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 22, the requirements of the latter shall control. (Ord. 1016-08 § 2).
