A. The city council shall hold regular business meetings at 7:00 p.m. on the second and fourth Monday of each month; provided, however, that when any regular business meeting falls on a legal holiday, the meeting shall be held on the next business day. Provided, that the council may in its discretion cancel the meeting, or may determine an alternate day for the meeting, in which case the rescheduled meeting shall be a special meeting.

B. The city council shall hold regular workshop meetings at 6:00 p.m. on the second and fourth Monday of each month preceding the regular council business meeting; provided, however, that when any regular workshop meeting falls on a legal holiday, the meeting shall be held on the next business day. Provided, that the council may in its discretion cancel the meeting, or may determine an alternate day for the meeting, in which case the rescheduled meeting shall be a special meeting.
