2.24.010 Law enforcement officer and city police officer defined.

“Law enforcement officer” and “city police officer” shall cover such part-time, regular and full-time commissioned personnel of the police department who have been appointed to offices, positions, or ranks of the police department which are expressly created as set forth below:
A. Chief of police;
B. Sergeants;
C. Police officer, full-time or part-time. (Ord. 739 § 1, 1993; Ord. 206 § 2(d), 1970).
