H. Inspection outside of normal business hours (minimum charge: two hours): fifty-one dollars per hour.

I. Reinspection fee: eighty dollars per hour.

J. Inspection for which no fee is specifically indicated (minimum charge: one hour): fifty-one dollars per hour.

K. Additional plan review required by changes, additions or revisions to plans fifty-one dollars per hour or actual cost to the city, whichever is the greatest.

L. Culvert tile permits:

1. First eighty feet or fraction thereof: fifty dollars;

2. Over eighty feet: fifty cents per foot.

M. Demolition permits: two hundred dollars. (One hundred dollars will be refunded after satisfactory inspection. Applies only to structures over one hundred twenty square feet.)

N. Annexation: two hundred fifty dollar filing fee, plus city’s costs.

O. Water service installation:

1. Three-quarter-inch meter: one thousand dollars;

2. One-inch and over meter: actual cost plus fifteen percent, but in no case less than one thousand dollars;

3. Three-quarter-inch meter installation only, with water service installed by the developer, as approved by the city engineer: two hundred dollars;

4. One-inch and over meter installation only, with water service installed by the developer, as approved by the city engineer: actual cost plus fifteen percent, but in no case less than two hundred dollars.

P. Water reconnect: thirty-five dollars between 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

All other hours: one hundred twenty-five dollars.

Q. Unauthorized turn-on/hook-up of disconnected water service: one hundred fifty dollars.

R. Water shut-off delinquency notice fee: twenty-five dollars.

S. New account setup fee: twenty-five dollars.

T. Hourly planning city staff fee: eighty dollars.
