The commission shall be composed of three members who shall be appointed by the mayor and who shall serve without compensation. If a conflict of interest or other disqualification of commissioner(s) results in a lack of quorum, the mayor is authorized to appoint pro tem commissioner(s) for that matter only. All regular and pro tem commissioners shall have the qualifications prescribed by RCW 41.12.030. (Ord. 1091-14 § 1; Ord. 272 § 2, 1974).
