The emergency operations plan, prepared at the direction of the police chief and approved by executive order of the mayor, is the official emergency operations plan of the city of Algona. The director of emergency management shall file a copy of said plan in the office of the city clerk, and distribute copies of said plan to appropriate city departments, King County office of emergency management, neighboring cities, and the Washington Military Department, Emergency Management Division.
