“Tavern” means an establishment operated primarily for the sale of wine, beer or other alcoholic beverage that may or may not include the service of food as an accessory use.

“Townhouse” means a row of at least three attached single-family dwelling units in which each unit has its own front access to the outside, no unit is located over another unit, and each unit is separated from any other unit by one or more common walls.

“Transportation facility” means a capital facility related to air, water, or land transportation.

“Tree” means any living woody plant generally characterized by one main stem or trunk with branches, and having a diameter of four inches or more measured at twenty-four inches above ground level. (Ord. 1190-21 § 2, 2021).
