A. Construction. This chapter shall be construed in accordance with RCW 36.70B.170 et seq., including any future amendments thereto.

B. Interpretations. The mayor or his/her designee may issue formal interpretations construing the provisions of an approved development agreement. Such interpretations shall be appealable to the hearing examiner pursuant to AMC 2.45.040. (Ord. 1191-21 § 15, 2021; Ord. 1172-19 § 3 (Exh. A)).
