There is established a separate fund which shall be delineated as the “Explorer Program Fund No. 625” into which shall be deposited all donations and revenues, and from which shall be paid all approved expenditures of the South Valley Explorers Program, also known as the South Valley Police Explorers (“Explorer Program Fund No. 625”).
