Where provisions of Chapter 82.32 RCW are incorporated in Section 5.05.090, “department” as used in the RCW shall refer to the “director” as defined in Section 5.06.030 and “warrant” as used in the RCW shall mean “citation or criminal complaint.” (Ord. 1068-12 § 2).
