Any person desiring to have music in a cabaret without dancing shall first procure a cabaret music license at a cost to be determined by the city council from time to time and set forth in AMC 2.50.080. (Ord. 790 § 2, 1995; Ord. 401 § 2, 1980; Ord. 296 § 5 (a), 1976).
