6.10.020 Designation of administrative and adjudicative functions.

For purposes of AMC 6.10.010 and the Sumner Municipal Code Chapter 6.10 adopted thereunder, the following definition shall apply:
A. “Director” means the Algona police chief, or such other official as the Algona police chief shall from time to time designate in writing.
B. “Municipal court” means the municipal court for the cities of Pacific and Algona. (Ord. 1178-20 § 3).
