A. Phase 1: Restricts all outdoor use of water by means of an odd/even system. Homes with odd-numbered addresses may use water out of doors on odd-numbered days of the month and homes with even-numbered addresses may use water out of doors on even-numbered days of the month.

B. Phase 2: Restricts outdoor use of water to flower and vegetable gardens only on the odd/even system set forth in subsection A of this section.

C. Phase 3: Restricts outdoor use of water to vegetable gardens only on the odd/even system set forth in subsection A of this section. (Ord. 609 § 3, 1988).
