The council shall impose restrictions by resolution and the resolution shall provide for notice to the citizens of the city as the council shall determine is reasonably likely to inform the population of the restrictions. Under emergency conditions, the mayor is authorized to impose any or all of the restrictions set forth in Section 8.16.030. (Ord. 609 § 4, 1988).
