Every company which either sells or installs a new alarm at any premises within the Algona city limits shall be required, within forty-eight hours of such installation, to notify the Algona police department of all relevant subscriber information including, but not limited to, the name and address of the owner or resident of the premises and the name(s) and telephone number(s) of the person(s) who will be responding to all alarms.
