12.02.160 Renewal applications.
This section is included in your selections.
A grantee desiring to renew its franchise hereunder shall, not less than one hundred eighty days before expiration of the current franchise, file an application with the city for renewal of its franchise which shall include the following information:
A. The applicable information required pursuant to the franchise;
B. Any other information required by the city. (Ord. 1188-21 § 2 (Exh. A), 2021).
