13.02.010 Definitions.
This section is included in your selections.
For the purposes of this chapter, the following words shall have the meanings set out below:
A. “City” means the city of Algona, Washington.
B. “Clerk” means the city clerk/treasurer.
C. “Council” means the duly elected city council.
D. “Shall” is mandatory and “may” is permissive.
E. “Director” means the director appointed by the mayor to perform the tasks listed in this chapter. (Ord. 947-04 § 2).
