A. A single building sewer shall be provided for every building unless the connection of more than one building to a single building sewer is approved by the director prior to the construction of such building sewer. No more than one multiple dwelling, industrial, or commercial building shall be connected to building sewer, unless otherwise approved by the director.

B. If the building sewer is to exist on more than one building site, approved documents assuring that all properties involved shall have perpetual use of the side sewer, and having provisions for maintenance and access for repair purposes, shall be signed by the recorded owners. This document shall be acknowledged and recorded with the county auditor. (Ord. 947-04 § 2).
