A. All decisions of the hearing examiner or the city council may be appealed by filing a land use petition in King County superior court. Such petition must be filed within twenty-one days of notification of issuance of the decision.

B. Pursuant to RCW 36.70C.020, upon filing of a motion for reconsideration, the time for an appeal shall not commence to run until a decision on the grant of a motion for reconsideration is entered. (Ord. 1191-21 § 11, 2021; Ord. 827 § 9, 1997).
