The building inspector shall inspect the building, whether located inside or outside city limits, and the applicant’s equipment to determine whether the standards for issuance of a permit are met. A fee of twenty-five dollars shall be charged for every inspection outside city limits requested by owner. (Ord. 341 § 4(A), 1978).
