15.16.110 Fees and deposits.

A. All fees and deposits, and all insurance policies shall be deposited with the city clerk/treasurer.
B. Upon the building inspector’s refusal to issue a permit, the city shall return to the applicant all insurance policies submitted. Permit fees filed with the application shall not be returned. (Ord. 341 § 4(C), 1978).
