A. The city shall review the submitted information to determine if it complies with the provisions of this chapter. If the proposed work as identified by the application and plans comply with the provisions or as imposed by the city pursuant to this chapter, or if they are corrected or amended to comply within the specified time limit, the city shall issue a permit to the applicant.

B. Other city, county, state and federal permit conditions may apply to the proposed project and compliance with this chapter does not constitute compliance with other such conditions.

C. The permit shall be signed by the applicant and, if applicable, the property owner before issuance by the city and is not transferable. (Ord. 810 § 1, 1996).
