Any person or agency aggrieved by an act or decision of the city in the administration of this chapter may appeal to the city council pursuant to the provisions of Algona Zoning Code as now enacted or hereafter amended. Appeal fees shall equal 75 percent of the permit fee as set elsewhere in this chapter. (Ord. 810 § 1, 1996).
