Any violation of this chapter shall constitute a public and/or private nuisance and may be enjoined as provided by the laws of the state of Washington. In the event the city brings suit in superior court to enforce this chapter, the city shall be entitled to judgment against the defendant(s) for its legal expenses and attorney’s fees if the city is the prevailing party. (Ord. 810 § 1, 1996).
