16.12.010 Definitions.

For the purposes of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out below:
A. “City” means the city of Algona, Washington.
B. “SEPA” means the State Environmental Policy Act of 1971.
C. “Site” means area where land mining operation is to be done. (Ord. 306 § 1, 1976).
