A. A complete application for a boundary line adjustment shall be reviewed per the timeframe specified in Section 14.04.150. The city planner shall not be considered to be in receipt of a complete application unless and until such time as the applicant meets the requirements of Sections 14.04.030 and 19.08.040 and the city planner has determined that the application is complete.

B. Prior to approval, a proposed boundary line adjustment shall be reviewed by the city planner or the designee.

C. The city planner or designee shall approve a proposed boundary line adjustment only upon finding that the standards of this chapter have been satisfied.

D. The approval of a boundary line adjustment shall not be a guarantee that future permits will be granted for any structure or development within a lot affected by the boundary line adjustment. (Ord. 1016-08 § 2).
