2.12.060 Powers and duties.
The planning commission shall have all of the powers and perform any and/or all of the duties specified in Chapter 35A.63 RCW together with any other duties or authority which may hereafter be conferred upon it by the laws of the state or city council and specifically as follows:
A. The planning commission shall hold public hearings on all conditional use permit applications and forward to the council, in written form, their recommendations along with their reasons for same.
B. The planning commission shall review all plats or plans of subdivisions of land within the city or proposed additions as well as dedications of streets and alleys. They shall forward to the council, within sixty days and in written form, their recommendations and reasons for same. (Ord. 813 § 2, 1996; Ord. 738 § 1, 1993; Ord. 384 §§ 6, 8, 1980).
