2.50.090 Street department – City right-of-way construction permits.
This section is included in your selections.
A. Right-of-way construction permits shall be one hundred fifty dollars plus fifty cents per linear foot of work.
B. A performance bond payable to the city of Algona until all provisions of Section 12.08.040 are satisfied in the amount of one hundred fifty percent of the total project cost.
C. A maintenance bond payable to the city of Algona in the amount of twenty percent of the total project cost for a period of two years. (Ord. 946-04 § 11).
