A. The mayor and the city clerk are authorized pursuant to RCW 3.02.045 to enter into agreements for the use of collection agencies for the collection of unpaid amounts imposed by the Algona municipal court.

B. The agreements or contracts authorized in subsection A shall be in substantially the same form as set forth in Exhibit “A”¹ attached to the ordinance codified in this section and incorporated in this section by reference.

C. The mayor is authorized to adopt and/or approve administrative procedures necessary and appropriate to carry out the provisions of this section. (Ord. 700 §§ 1 – 3, 1992).
