The C-3 heavy commercial district is intended to provide more intensive retail trade and commercial services, such as the outside sales of vehicles, motorcycles, boats, recreational vehicles or heavy/light machinery. This district is intended to accommodate uses which are oriented to automobiles either as the mode or target producing commercial service, and related retail/commercial uses. Uses in the C-3 heavy commercial district may require or depend upon their proximity to major highways or arterials. (Ord. 1190-21 § 2, 2021; Ord. 965-05 § 7).
