Except on trash pickup days, all trash receptacles shall be screened from neighboring properties and public rights-of-way by an opaque visual barrier no lower than the maximum height of the receptacles. Provision of recycling bins shall be made. These shall be located near the trash receptacles and screened as required above. (Ord. 1190-21 § 2, 2021).
